The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay a memorable one. The bar area was a standout feature, offering a great selection of drinks and a lovely atmosphere. the common area with a kitchen was a convenient place to relax, eat, and socialize. The hotel's location near the city center and Gion area made it easy to explore and experience the best of the city.
While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, the bathroom on the first floor could have been better maintained. However, this was easily resolved by using the bathroom on the next floor.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very close to the river and within walking distance to most places of interest. It is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, with great showers. the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The takeaway cups from the cafe downstairs were only filled halfway, which may not provide good value for the price.

Honestly, for the price I paid, I got great value. The room was clean, modern, and had enough space for me. The location was super convenient, close to Gion district and the Kamo river. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay at Len Kyoto Kawaramachi.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, a wider variety maybe.

len kyoto kawaramachi was beyond awesome! ultra modern and super funky vibe, lovely staff, and convenient, delicious restaurant downstairs. loved the visually appealing details and perfect location near shopping district, subway, and bus stop. comfy beds with privacy curtains and reading lamp. clean showers, no wait time. common area with kitchen and laundry. amazing experience!
Linen in private twin room felt like a dormitory. brown sheets gave off a dirty vibe.

I had a fantastic stay at Len Kyoto Kawaramachi! The room was incredibly comfortable and offered the perfect level of privacy, even though I booked the mixed guest room. The living room space on the second floor was a great place to relax and have a tea or coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Kyoto station and the Gion district, and there was easy access to major attractions via bus.
Breakfast choices could have been improved to include more options for vegans and vegetarians.

The facilities were clean and accessible, with comfortable beds and spacious dormitories. The common areas were well-equipped and provided a great place to relax. The bar on the ground floor was a lively spot to enjoy drinks and meet new people. the experience exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
The limited number of washing machines and drying machines available. With more of these, it would have been a perfect stay.

The hostel had a lively bar/restaurant downstairs and a beautifully decorated common area on the second floor. the showers were amazing, with powerful water and always hot. Plus, they had an elevator!
The check-in time was quite late, which was a bit inconvenient. there weren't any organized social activities to encourage guests to mingle.

My stay at Len Kyoto Kawaramachi was absolutely worth every penny. The room was spacious, with a high ceiling and plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Kiyomizu temple and the main shopping district. The staff were friendly, helpful, and their English was adequate.
Breakfast delights could be improved with the addition of some cups or utensils for guests to use.

The atmosphere at the hotel was really cool. There were plenty of solo travelers to socialize with, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and craft beer selection were excellent.
The cleanliness of the bathroom on the first floor was not up to par. The bunk style room with shared air conditioning was not comfortable, and I would recommend opting for a private room or a hostel with capsule rooms.
